This is our much loved family home and we only let it to family, friends and regular visitors
Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. Separate toilet. Open tread stairs to first floor: 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 2 bunk. 2 bathrooms, one with shower over bath. Separate toilet.
Woodburner in living room (initial fuel inc). Elec CH, elec and bed linen inc. Video. Stereo/CD. M/wave. W/machine. D/washer. Freezer. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Ample parking.
No smoking. No pets.
Unfortunately breakages do occur. Please tell Susan if you break anything so that we can either mend it or replace it before the next guests arrive.
